Alaska Fishing Fanatics is a locally owned and operated business whose captain has been fishing in Alaskan waters for over 15 years. We believe in taking care of our clients and make safety our priority. Captain Eric is a Coast Guard certified captain and first aid and CPR certified.
Captain Eric is a lifelong Alaskan that has been working on charter boats for the last 16 years. He has spent the last 9 years fishing out of Ninilchik where he has become a Coast Guard (USCG) certified captain and an expert in navigating the Cook Inlet waters. Captain Eric is the founder, owner, and operator of Alaska Fishing Fanatics and his goal is to make your fishing charter a fun and enjoyable trip while harvesting your catch.
The Tilt II is a 28ft offshore Alumaweld. The Tilt is fully equipped with coast guard regulated life jackets, first aide, and fire extinguisher. The boat is fully equipped with all the right fishing gear you will need for your charter. There is a porta potty on board for those who may need it, but we encourage you to use the restroom before we depart from the launch.
Ninilchik is centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula. The drive from Anchorage to Ninilchik is approximately a 3 hour and 30-minute drive south. With Homer only a 45-minute drive south and the Kenai River 45 minutes north you are able to explore many of the towns the peninsula has to offer. There are also two salmon streams which you can fish that are on opposing sides of Ninilchik, the Ninilchik River and Deep Creek.
